1.Power off your phones
2.Hold the volume up keys + home keys + power on keys.
3.You should see a boot / recovery menu,then you will see some option there.
4.Navigate to wipe data / factory reset then confirm it with your power keys.
5.Wait the process till succesfuly done than reboot your phones.This action should reset your phone to the default factory state.
Please NOTICE this action can make all your internal storage data lost,so always backup your data before you had this problem.And one more thing do this with your OWN RISK!!!.
